We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

We may accept general returns but only for 30 days after purchase subject to the following conditions:  Product must be completely un-used.  There is a 20% re-stocking fee and we will not refund any shipping charges.  You must pay to have the product back to us (no collect charges).  We will examine the returned product and if we determine it is in good condition refund your purchase in the same manner you paid (paypal, credit card, check-out by amazon, etc.)
